Is this service legal?

Yes. The contests provided by SportsFantology comply with all requirements for fantasy-sports contests of skill and as such are legal for most U.S. and Canadian citizens to play in and for us to operate.

Isn’t this gambling?

Nope. In accordance with the UIGEA of 2006, the contests run by SportsFantology are specifically exempted from the status of “betting or wagering.”

Am I eligible to win?

Sportsfantology's fantasy sports contests are open to persons who have a registered account at www.sportsfantology.com, are at least 18 years of age at time of registration, and are an eligible Legal Resident of the United States or Canada. Alabama and Nebraska Legal Residents must be at least 19 years of age at time of registration. In jurisdictions where a higher age limit may apply, the user will not be eligible for prizes unless they meet the higher local requirement. Residents of the states of Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, and Vermont, as well as Legal Residents of Quebec are ineligible to open or maintain accounts, participate in contests, or win prizes. Employees of www.sportsfantology.com are not eligible to win prizes.

How do I deposit funds into my account?

We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal as well. Simply sign up for an account and enter your information.

How do I get paid?

Payouts via check will take 4-6 weeks. Payments can also be made via PayPal.

We can only send checks for winnings of $50 or more. However there is no minimum for paypal.

If I enter twice and have two entries finish in the money, will I be paid twice?

Yep. You can as many times as you sign up.
