Welcome to the 2011-2012 version of Rinkotology.  We will be hosting three month-long games (October/December/February) with a $10 buy-in.  We will also be hosting Saturday Night games with a $5 buy-in.  Your point totals from both the monthly and weekly games will accumulate throughout the season, and the top-5 finishers in points at the end of March will each win $400. 

  Depositing $35 upon registering for the October game will get you all 3 months of the monthly game in addition to the playoff Rinkotology game.

    You will pick:
    8 forwards
    4 defensemen
    2 goalies

    You will be able to pick numerous players from the same team, and you will also assign a captain whose points will be worth a x2 bonus.

  * Monthly format is this:

  October 1st to November  27th

  December 1st to January 29th

  Feburary  1st to March 31st

    SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN

    From the Saturday Night slate of games, you will pick:
    8 forwards
    4 defensemen
    2 goalies

    You will be able to pick numerous players from the same team, and you will also assign a captain whose points will be worth a x2 bonus.

    RINKO MARATHON

    At the end of March, the five users whose rosters have accumulated the most points in both the month games and week games will each receive a $400 cash prize.  Please note that if you have multiple entries in a month or week game, only your best roster’s points will be factored into the total accumulation.

    INJURY POLICY

    There is no replacements or do overs. If your player gets hurt during the monthly game, he will not be replaced. So make sure before you finalize your final roster, no roster players are out long term.

    PRIZE STRUCTURES

    For the October game:
    1st place—$750 and Championship Belt
    2nd place—$500
    3rd place—$350
    4th place—$250
    5th place—$150
    6th through 15th place—Awarded a free team entry in the following month’s game.

    Saturday Night Showdown:
    1st place—$200
    2nd place—$100
    3rd place—$50
